News MAN ACCIDENTALLY SHOOTS HIMSELF AT FLEA MARKET
A man trying to unload a handgun at the Miamitown Flea Market (Ohio) ended up shooting himself and another person, leading him to be charged and headed to court today. Jason Duncan, 26, of Price Hill, accidentally fired the allegedly stolen .9 millimeter Glock handgun Saturday morning. Duncan told Hamilton County Sheriff's Deputies he was attempting to clear the weapon's chamber when it discharged at the flea market located State Route 128 in Cleves. The bullet hit Duncan in the leg, and grazed another person. Duncan is charged with receiving stolen property, inducing panic and carrying a concealed weapon. Duncan is currently behind bars on a $35,000 bond. He was out on bond and awaiting trial for charges stemming from an incident in April, when court documents indicate he was arrested for concealing a Glock 19 mm semi-automatic pistol in his waistband. |
